It sells and lets completed projects to other property companies, financial institutions, retailers, manufacturers and private individuals with clients ranging from international household brand names, to one-man-band forensic investigators.

Projects are undertaken throughout the UK mainland and operations are controlled from head office in Uttoxeter.
